A complete equine skeleton supplied in separate sections, making it a brilliant visual learning resource for students, colleges, demonstrations and anyone who learns better when they can see and handle things for themselves.

The separate sections allow you to assemble the skeleton yourself or use the individual pieces separately for teaching, demonstrations and study.

The skull and mandible are connected with a spring-action jaw, allowing the jaw to move, and they can also be separated if required.

The ribcage comes as one complete section, helping to make assembly much easier.

MODEL CARE & INFORMATION

Our learning models are made from PLA, a lightweight material that allows us to create detailed pieces that are easy to handle, transport and use for teaching and demonstrations.

Avoid leaving your model in very hot areas, next to direct heat sources or inside a hot car, as excessive heat can cause PLA to soften or change shape.

For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a soft damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

Because each piece is individually made, you may notice small lines or slight variations in colour, texture and finish. These are a normal part of the making process and do not affect the use of the model.

MAKE IT YOUR OWN

The skeleton can also be painted and colour coded, making it a great option for visual learning. You could highlight different bones, areas or structures and create your own colour system to suit the way you learn.

Acrylic paints can be used to add colour. For the best finish, apply light coats and allow each layer to dry before adding the next.

Keep it in its original Bone White finish or turn it into your own colourful learning resource — completely up to you.
